How to Download and Delete Ads in Foreplay
If you use Swipe File properly, it fills up fast. At some point you are going to want to clean it up or pull ads down to use in decks, edits, or client reviews.
Here is how to download or delete ads without making a mess.
Download or Delete A Single Ad
Inside Foreplay, open your Swipe File and find the ad you care about.
- Click the ad to open the Ad Drawer
- In the bottom right you will see options to:
- Download image
- Delete from Swipe File
If it is a video ad, you get a little extra:
- Download the thumbnail
- Download the full video
- Or delete it from your Swipe File if you are done with it
Simple. Pick what you need, grab the asset, or clear it out.
Bulk Download Ads From A Board
If you want a batch of ads for a client, a deck, or a creative sprint, you do not need to download them one by one.
First, make sure the ads you want are organized into a Board. For example, a board like Jewelry, Q4 UGC, or Mother’s Day.
Then:
- Open that board in Foreplay
- Click the three dots in the top right
- Select Bulk download
- Add a short description if you want
- Click Download board
Foreplay will package the board as a zip file and send it to your device. You now have all those ads saved locally and ready to use.
That is it.
- Use the Ad Drawer to download or delete individual ads
- Use boards and bulk download when you need a full set
Your Swipe File stays clean, and you get the assets you need without fighting with screenshots or random file names.
