API Bounty Terms of Service

General:

  1. Welcome to the API Workflow Bounty  (the "Contest") organized by Foreplay Ventures Inc. (the "Organizer")
  2. Participation in the Contest is subject to these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). The Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the participant (hereinafter: "You") and the Organizer.
  3. Participation Requirements:
    1. Being an existing Foreplay Customer or Free-Trial user. 
    2. Creating a AI powered workflow using the Foreplay API and a tool like N8N, Gumloop or similar.
    3. Sharing the workflow on at least one social media platform like X, Instagram, LinkedIn or similar.
  4. Entry:
    1. By registering for the Contest and/or submitting a workflow, you accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
  5. Eligibility:
    1. As of the submission deadline on October 31, 2025, you must be 18 years of age or older.
    2. Participation is open worldwide, but you must ensure no legal restrictions prevent your involvement.
  6. Schedule:
    1. Contest Start Date: September 10, 2025
    2. Deadline for Submissions: October 31, 2025 at 11:59PM EST
    3. The Organizer may change any of the dates specified herein upon its sole discretion.
    4. Workflow submitted after the deadline will not be eligible for prizes.
    5. The Organizer is not liable if a workflow submission fails to reach them for any reason.
    6. The Organizer alone will decide if a workflow is eligible for the Contest. This decision is final. The Organizer may also, at its discretion, disqualify any workflow deemed to potentially defame or infringe upon the rights of any person or entity, misappropriate another’s property, or promote inappropriate objectives, such as violence or exploitation.
  7. Winner Selection:
    1. Social media impressions, engagement and views will be the primary datapoint when choosing a list of finalists. 
    2. The final winner will be chosen by employees at Foreplay Ventures Inc. based on usefulness, complexity and community interest.
  8. Awards and Prizes:
    1. The chosen winner will receive:
      1. Best AI Workflow: $5,000 USD
    2. Prizes are non-transferable and are provided "as is" with no warranty or guarantee.
  9. Warranties and Obligations
    1. By submitting a workflow to the Contest or uploading it to social media platforms such as Instagram Reels or TikTok for participation, you transfer all copyrights and associated rights globally and in perpetuity to the Organizer. If the workflow cannot be fully assigned to the Organizer, you grant an exclusive, worldwide, fully paid-up, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, prepare derivative works of, and otherwise exploit the workflow.
    2. You irrevocably waive any moral rights or similar rights of authorship and integrity against the Organizer and its affiliates, including broadcasters, publishers, and licensees.
    3. You affirm that your participation and obligations under these Terms do not breach any other agreement you are part of, and that you have all necessary rights and ownerships to comply with these Terms without any third-party involvement. You assure that your video does not defame any entity or violate any rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
    4. You waive any claims against the Organizer related to the use of your workflow or the conduct of the contest.
    5. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from any breach of your representations under these Terms or from your participation in the Contest.
    6. The Organizer may use your name, image, and video for promotional purposes at its discretion. Your contact information may be disclosed as required by law.
    7. You acknowledge that you will not receive compensation for your participation in the Contest or for any rights assigned to the Organizer.
    8. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Canada.
    9. Any notices or communications sent to you via the email address you provide will be deemed delivered within 24 hours of sending.
  10. General Conditions:
    1. Foreplay reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Foreplay’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Contest, as determined by Foreplay in its sole discretion.
    2. This Contest is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and any disputes arising out of or related to the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
  11. Acceptance:
    1. By entering this Contest, you agree to be bound by these Terms, certify that you are eligible to enter, and acknowledge that failure to meet these conditions results in disqualification.
